Guy Berruyer to succeed Paul Walker as Group Chief Executive.

The Board of The Sage Group PLC ("Sage") today announces that GuyBerruyer, currently CEO of Sage's mainland Europe & Asia operations, will succeed Paul Walker as Group Chief Executive with effect from 1 October 2010. Paul will remain with Sage until 1 December 2010.
